BusinessFlights.com and related services are operated by Asian Airfares Group, LLC. BusinessFlights.com provides flight-search, comparison, advertising and referral services. This Policy does not govern information independently collected by an airline, booking platform, Travelpayouts or another third party.
Information we may collect
Depending on features used, information may include business flight search details such as origin, destination, dates and passengers; messages you send us; IP address; browser and device information; approximate location derived from technical information; page views; timestamps; clicks; referral activity; cookie identifiers; and security or diagnostic information.
Payment, passport and booking information
BusinessFlights.com does not currently complete airline bookings directly. Payment-card, passport, identification and ticketing information is generally submitted directly to the selected airline or Travel Provider under that provider’s privacy policy and terms.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide business flight and business class search functionality, remember preferences, respond to inquiries, secure the Site, detect misuse, understand performance, improve business travel features, measure referrals and comply with legal obligations.

When you leave BusinessFlights.com to review or book a business flight or business class itinerary, the third party may independently collect information required for the transaction. Review that provider’s privacy and cookie notices before submitting sensitive information.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

BusinessFlights.com serves users internationally. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border processing or transfers, relevant requirements are considered.
