These Terms govern access to and use of BusinessFlights.com, including regional pages, business flight search tools, business class and business travel content, links and related services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
What BusinessFlights.com provides
BusinessFlights.com is a travel-search, comparison, advertising and referral service. We help users discover business flights, business class flights, economy and other cabin options from independent airlines, agencies, booking platforms and travel providers. We are not an airline and do not currently issue tickets.
Affiliate relationships and Travelpayouts
The Site may use affiliate links, widgets, referral parameters, search technology and related tools available through Travelpayouts and participating travel brands. We may receive commission or other compensation from qualifying activity.
Bookings and travel providers
When you choose an offer, you may leave BusinessFlights.com and complete the reservation with an airline, online travel agency or other Travel Provider. The provider controls the transaction, confirmation, ticketing, fare rules and customer service.
Business flight prices and availability
Business flight and business class prices, schedules, seat availability, taxes, fees, baggage and fare conditions can change. A displayed fare is not guaranteed until the Travel Provider accepts and confirms the booking.
Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate traveler details, passports, visas, entry and transit requirements, airport timing, baggage rules and reviewing the selected business travel or business class fare conditions before purchase.
Permitted use
Use BusinessFlights.com only for lawful travel-search purposes. Fraud, malicious interference, unauthorized access, harmful automated activity and infringement of intellectual-property rights are prohibited.
Third-party services
Independent airlines, agencies, Travelpayouts and other providers operate under their own terms and policies. BusinessFlights.com does not control their inventory, websites, security, schedules or fulfillment.
Intellectual property
Except for third-party materials, the original Site design, software, text, branding and compilation are owned by or licensed to BusinessFlights.com. Airline and provider trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or continued availability of any particular business flight, business class fare or itinerary.
Regional rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory law applicable in United Kingdom.
